Our convenient home delivery is available across Southern Ontario in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. We are continuously expanding our delivery areas so feel free to contact us if your home is outside of one of the zones on this map.

Home Delivery – Free or Fee?

All orders over $50 pre-tax – QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY! Orders Less than $50 pre-tax would receive a $10.00 flat fee. 

How do I place my order?

Place your order online and select delivery (Shipping day will automatically be provided based on your postal code). Your order must be placed by noon, the day before your designated delivery day. Please ensure you are on our LAKESHORE store website in order for us to process your home delivery order. Your order must be placed by noon, the day before your designated delivery day.

How do I know my order is processing?

You will receive an e-mail that your order has been received and is processing. If we have all your products in stock, you will receive another e-mail indicating that your order is READY TO SHIP.

When will my order arrive?

Will my items arrive with a third party?

Nope! We’re proud to say we have our own in-house delivery vehicle that is refrigerated/frozen to ensure your order arrives correctly at your doorstep.

What if I’m not home?

Leave a cooler somewhere around your home and our drivers will place the food in it to keep cold until you get home. Otherwise, your order will be placed as close to your doorstep as possible.

Please put a comment on your order so we can let our drivers know where to go and what to do. We are not able to enter homes for safety reasons.

Do you deliver to apartment buildings?

We are not able to deliver to apartment buildings at this time. Please ensure you provide us with an address for delivery that has an immediate delivery door.
